Auditions!

Auditions are a part of Acting. Learn to enjoy them!

Every working actor has walked the audtion path. It's part of the process, so learn to enjoy auditioning and grow as a performer along the way. Theater is a great vehicle for any actor to learn the craft. The most important thing is to be self motivated and start acting! For weekly theater auditions check out the links below.

Check out weekly theatre auditions at www.sandiegotheatrescene.com, and learn who's who in San Diego's theatre world! You'll get a great idea of the San Diego theatre scene and visit the different theatre groups performing in San Diego. Check it out weekly to stay on top of your game.

For Professional level actors, please visit www.actorsallance.com. The actors alliance connects actors, auditions, casting professionals, and more. They host All City Auditions which is an excellent vehicle to showcase your talents in front of most of San Diego Agents and Casting Directors. I did All City Auditions 4 years in a row and loved it! You'll need two contrasting monologues, or a song and a monologue, so start working now!

Also visit www.backpage.com and www.craigslist.com for audition listings.
